Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon order. We only accept NET 30 terms or payment plans if you have gone through the process to be a premier partner with NST.

We accept these payment types: Credit Card, Cash, Wire Transfer, ACH Deposits, Cashiers Check, and Personal Check’s.

If paid by personal and/or business checks there is a processing lead time of 3-7 business days for verification of funds.

If you are interested in paying via Wire Transfers and/or ACH please ask us for our banking information.

All orders have a built in 3% credit card fee. If the order is paid using another form of payment, such as, cash, wire transfer, or check, a 3% discount will be applied to your order.

Refunds & Returns

National Storage Tank will accept refunds and returns. When a tank is returned there is a $50 inspection fee and a 2-3 day inspection process before accepting the return. There is a 20% restocking fee that will be applied to your refunded amount.

We do not accept return tanks that have been used, damaged or modified in anyway.

If a tank was ordered but never picked up or delivered and the order is needing to be canceled, there will be a 5% processing fee applied to your refunded amount.

If the order was paid for by a credit card the 3% fee will not be returned, this amount will be deducted from your overall refund.

If a tank was ordered but never picked up or delivered and the order is needing to be exchanged for another tank, we will not charge any additional fees.

Tanks will only be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase.

Delivery Drop Off & Waivers

When scheduling your delivery with National Storage Tank we require the delivery waiver to be properly filled out per your specific site location. We will be unable to schedule or hold a time slot for your delivery without the waiver filled out and signed either in person or via DocuSign.

National Storage Tank requires that you have the correct amount of able bodied people or equipment on site to accept and offload the tank(s). If our driver arrives on site and there is not the correct amount of able bodied people or equipment on site they are required to refuse delivery. A new delivery time slot will need to be scheduled and a full delivery fee will be charged.

Our delivery drivers are only allowed and required to deliver the tank(s) safely and unstrap the tank(s) on site. They will get as close to your requested drop off location that is safe for them.

With every delivery there is a max time frame of 30 minutes for offloading. When the driver arrives it is the customers responsibility to offload all tanks in a timely manner. Our driver is not required to sit and wait while the tanks are placed in the desired locations.

National Storage Tank requires a 24 hour notice for rescheduling deliveries. If we cannot contact you the morning of the scheduled delivery and your time slot is missed without proper notice there will be a $50 fee that will need to be paid before rescheduling.

In Store Pickup’s

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide an adequate pick-up bed or trailer to securely accommodate the transfer of the purchased item(s) upon pick up at National Storage Tanks, Inc.’s (NSTI) yard, located at 4137 Santa Rosa Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95407.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to securely tie down the purchased item(s) to their vehicle/trailer prior to moving the vehicle/trailer for any reason.

NSTI is in no way responsible for securely tying down the above purchased item(s) to the customer’s vehicle/trailer.

Any damage caused to the purchased item(s), vehicle, trailer or personal injuries suffered by anyone due to or caused by insufficient or unsecure tying down of the purchased item(s) is the sole responsibility of the customer. Customer acknowledges they will not hold NSTI responsible for any such damages.

When picking up a tank at NSTI yard we require all customers to check in with our front office before being loaded up. This is to insure that the correct tank will be loaded up and that you are safely directed to the correct loading zone.

National Storage Tank reserves the right to refuse service to any person, business or organization. We strive to provide the utmost respect to our customers and partners. We are understanding of unique and unforeseen circumstances, we will do as much as we can to provide assistance and accommodations.


Snyder Industries, Inc.

3 Year Limited Warranty

Snyder Industries, Inc. warrants its water tanks are free from all factory defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of manufacture (unless otherwise noted). The date of manufacture shall be determined by the serial number on the tank. Sole obligation under this warranty is as follows: Snyder Industries shall fulfill this warranty by repairing or exchanging any component part, F.O.B. Factory, that in Snyder Industries’ judgment shows evidence of defects, provided said component part has been paid for and is returned through an authorized dealer, transportation prepaid. The warrantee must also specify the nature of the defect to the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s obligation under this Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any parts or assembly found by the manufacturer to be defective. In addition, this warranty does not apply to damage due to Acts of God or conditions beyond the control of Snyder Industries; defects or malfunctions resulting from units not installed, operated, or maintained in accord-ance with instructions provided, applicable local codes, ordinances, or accepted trade practices; failures resulting from accident or negligence; or units repaired and/or modified without prior authorization from Snyder Industries. Snyder Industries, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expenses resulting from installation or use of its products, or for consequential damages, including costs of removal, reinstallation or transportation. There is no other expressed warranty. All implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to three years from the date of manufacture. This Warranty contains the exclusive remedy of the purchaser, and, where permitted, liability for consequential or incidental damages under any and all warranties is excluded.

Warranty Q&A

What qualifies for warranty claim?

Any manufacture defect. Includes but is not limited to, seem separation, loose fittings, unusual stress cracks and pin-hole fractures.

How to begin a warranty claim?

Contact your National Storage Tank representative. We will need pictures and explanation of the incident or possible manufacture defect. We will provide a warranty claim form that will need to be filled out and returned to begin your claim.

What is the process of a warranty claim?

Once the warranty claim formed is filled we will submit into review. This will take roughly 2-4 weeks, then we will receive the determination. There is a possibility that a site visit will need to commence before a determination can be reached. If it is found to be a warranty issue there are two options we can provide, either an exchange for new tank or a refund for your order. Please see page 3 to learn about our refund policy.

What voids the warranty?

Including but is not limited to, additional ports or openings made outside of factory or NST approval, installing tank onto incorrect foundation, tank being used for incorrect application, and damage due to Acts of God or unusual circumstances.
